No, they are not prohibited from making the claims again.
If they want to make the claims again, they have to disclose the details. So they can't say "They Stole Code!" unless they add "See? Right here in foobar.c, near line 510, is code illegally taken from our code". [unhandled content-type:application/pgp-signature] | |
