That's misleading.  I would be comfortable using it, but was politely
requested not to.

To avoid misleading, you should add this after the above quoted
sentence, or something similar:

	Some other people are unable to use the gratis version of
	BitKeeper due to licensing restrictions, and are unwilling to
	pay for the commercial edition.
