You don't need this: I (trademark I.inc) think (tm Thinktank Corp) that (tm that Co.) is ("depends upon what is -is", Bubba Clinton)....
All you need is BitKeeper (tm) when you reference something like Bayer Aspirin (tm) in the United States. Common usage does not require blurbs like the first line, above.
