Dear list members

I'm new to this list....
My company had a leased line with 64K bandwidth that can send and receive
over it...nowadays , they leases a new satelite links with 2M bandwidth
that can only receive from it..both this two connection has some ip
address in different rangs (C class for leased line and A class for
satelite)..now how can i configure my linux box that can send via leased
line and receive from satelite link...i read the linux advanced routing
and traffice control but i can't understand any things....please help me
