Subject[PATCH] only show the PCMCIA/CardBus submenu if "PCMCIA/CardBus support" is selected
Trivial: This is a follow-up to your "Gigabit Ethernet submenu" precedent.

Only show the PCMCIA/CardBus submenu if the PCMCIA/CardBus entry
is selected.
