A sound card and the legacy motherboard devices.

Well, I use Grip (a gtk+ ripping proggy) in cdparanoia mode. Basically it's like cdparanoia + gui.

I'll post that when I'll do it again with a scratched CD. For now I need my machine to be responsive.
