    Hi,
    Here are the results of comparison of kernel 2.5.52 with mm1 and 2.5.52 on TIObench. key findings.

    -------------------------------------------------------------
    test 2.5.52-mm1 (as compared to
    2.5.52) APPRXIMATE % change
    -------------------------------------------------------------
    rate (megabytes per second) less than 2% increase
    CPU % utilization less than 2% increase
    Average Latency 3 to 4% increase
    Maximum latency 20 % increase ( from 51 to 52 there was 15% increase)
    CPU efficiency less than 5% increase

    ================
    File size = megabytes
    Blk Size = bytes
    Rate = megabytes per second
    CPU% = percentage of CPU used during the test
    Latency = milliseconds
    Lat% = percent of requests that took longer than X seconds
    CPU Eff = Rate divided by CPU% - throughput per cpu load
