These errors mean nothing severe and probably aren't connected with
your oops (just some inodes weren't written before the oops).

Hmm... That is strange... Do you have quota support compiled or not?
But as I said it has probably no connection to the oops below.

To me it seems like corrupted dentry list but I really don't know
where this can happen.
