    okay one kernel with ACPI it doesn't work with ACPI off it does ...

    lspci without ACPI dumps out:
    pcilib: Cannot open /proc/bus/pci/02/00.1

    same except 00.1 is 00.7 on the ACPI boot..

    I've attached a bootup with ACPI debug switched on there seems to be some
    issues but I've no idea what they mean..
