Lest Stephen thinks I suggested the above - let me correct, I suggested
removing _all_ usages of the no longer used flag of mark_buffer_dirty().
Of course, this cannot be done one filesystem at a time, only all in one
go - I am sorry if Rasmus slightly misunderstood my suggestion.
