I was talking about the 'assigning their own IRQ part'.
PCI devices assigned to the wrong IRQ are mosylt buggy BIOS'ses. This system also screws up, but after compiling in the code for detecting buggy PCI BIOS'ses all is is fine.
Also check BIOS IRQ assignments..
