This is a PCI parity error.

This is probaly hardware related, but could you try out tlan v1.3b from
http://tlan.kernel.dk.

The tlan driver is trying to recover from this error by doing a full adapter
reset, and renegotiating link speed/duplex.
How many times do these message appear before your system hangs? and by "hang"
do you mean completely system lockup?
