    Not at all. "rm" will deal with the whole file,
    streams and all, as a unit. So will "mv", when
    not moving across volumes (otherwise it's actually
    cp + rm). "cp" would have to copy each stream
    individually. "cat" would spit out the default
    stream only, unless a stream was specified. Etc.
