With the 2.3.99-pre3 kernel /proc/interrupts shows huge numbers of interrupts on IRQ 10, usb-uhci. I have no devices attached to the USB ports. 2.3.51 doesn't have this behavior, I've not bothered to get the -pre1 or 2 to compile, so I don't know what they do.
