Subject[bug] laptop suspend/standby loses time
even in the most recent 2.3.99 kernels, my laptop (NEC versa LX) will lose
time if the lid is closed. i can regain the time by running hwclock -s
naturally but...wasn't this problem supposed to be solved?

ACPI is enabled with S1, APM is not.
