Alan, you still haven't included this on the 2.4 job list. If APM suspend is broken, then since ACPI suspend isn't expected for a while yet I would be completely unable to suspend my laptop with a 2.4 kernel - which would prevent me from using the 2.4 kernel series until it is fixed.
