Hello I try to run Linux at modern server with AIC-7896 Ultra2 SCSI host adapter. I have one Ultra2 SCSI disk: SEAGATE Baracuda ST150176LW. I can successful start server with Linux 2.0.37, but I can't boot with Linux 2.2.14 or Linux 2.3.51/pre-2.3.52-2. Kernel detect host adapter, but can't detect disk. I get SCSI timeout messages. Anybody can help me ?
