SubjectWhat is the status of ICMP, IPv4, TCP, UDP in 2.3.x?
Are we near to what people would believe are "final" versions, or is there
still some tweaking going on? (I'm on the NetFilter list so I'm aware
where that code stands.)

I'd like to know when it will be "safe" to start on the Second Edition of
my book.
