Say it to Albert. If one is going to implement every single option of every stupid piece of sh^WMissed'em'V ps and play with hims^Wformats... You are blaming the wrong side here - look at ps source and you'll see. But then it's hardly a new information - Albert has a long-standing feud with Occam's Razor and taste in general.
