Subject2.2.11: unkillable, perpetually-sleeping rpciod

Greetings!  The kernel has all of the patches listed on Alan Cox's
errata page for 2.2.11. When running autofs, and having an NFS mount
expire, the autofs daemon is unable to umount the corresponding
directory because of this stuck rpciod process. Here's what I have:
