klogd has stamped on the log output and removed the critical
information that ksymoops needs. Either run klogd with -x (no oops
decode in klogd) or apply
ftp://ftp.ocs.com.au/pub/ksymoops/patch-sysklogd-1-3-31-ksymoops-1.gz.
