Pardon me, but that's simply FUD. Dangerous, maybe, at least for
someone that doesn't really understand templates. Bloat-generating,
definitely not.

If you don't like C++, that's ok and your decision. But please stop
commenting on things you don't seem to really know.

the reality is that having most things standardized at the expense
of a few gotchas is better than no standard at all, which is often
the only other choice.
