    it would be cool if you could test 2.2.10. The late 2.2 kernels got
    scheduling fixes, but the main chunk went into 2.2.8.

    [meanwhile i have identified a couple of other places that cause bad
    'latencytest' results - will send a patch once i fixed all places.]
