2.3.11 causes segfault when mounting. This dosen't happen with 2.3.10 (identical config) nor with 2.2.10-ac12.
I remember having read a thread about a similar problem with 2.3.11 pre a while back.
segfault occurs randomly : some times only the first two or three partitions get mounted, some others almost all mounted. Here is the /etc/fstab:
/dev/hda1 / ext2 defaults,errors=remount-ro 1 1 /proc /proc proc defaults 0 0 /dev/hda2 /usr ext2 defaults,errors=remount-ro 1 1 /dev/hda3 /usr/src ext2 defaults,errors=remount-ro 1 1 /dev/hda5 /opt ext2 defaults,errors=remount-ro 1 1 /dev/hda6 /tmp ext2 defaults,errors=remount-ro 1 1 /dev/hda7 /usr/local/src ext2 defaults,errors=remount-ro 1 1 /dev/hda8 swap swap pri=1 /dev/hda9 swap swap pri=-1 /dev/hdb /mnt/cdrom iso9660 ro,user,noauto,unhide 0 0 /dev/hdc1 /mnt/hdc ext2 user,noauto 0 0 none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
Dose the problem have something to do with the order or parmeters ?
I just installed the latest util-linux 2.9v.
