There is an acknowledged issue with the PS on the FIC
boards. It's especially noticeable with 2MB of cache and a
fast K6-3, since that sucks quite a bit of power. Tom's
Hardware has a little bit of info under one of his most
recent video card reviews, for those who are interested.
