Could you feed oopses above through ksymoops or manually compare with
{/boot,}/System.map of your kernel? If problem is where I think it is, could
you go to line 354 in fs/ncpfs/dir.c and add these 5 lines:
@It is not real patch...

struct ncpfs_inode_info finfo;
__u8 __name[dentry->d_name.len + 1];

+ if (!dentry->d_inode) {
