RH60, kernel 2.3.5:

[root@Cnn]:/root/:# rpm -qf /bin/ping
netkit-base-0.10-29

it works with 1474, 1476 but doesn't with 1475.

digging a little it seems that it ONLY works with even size packet size.

kernel egcs-2.91.66 19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release),
gcc here I come :-)
