bfd.h is part of the binutils package, unless you are a Debian user. Debian moved bfd.h into binutils-dev so you need binutils *and* binutils-dev. This is covered in the latest ksymoops README and has been in the -ac kernels since approx 2.2.4. Alas my ksymoops updates never seem to make it into the mainstream kernel.
