SubjectRe: IDE parms ignored w/2.2.7?
Hi Richard.

> I read ide.txt and then used the following in lilo.conf (on one line):

> hda=none,hdb=none,hdc=none,hdd=none,ide0=noprobe,ide1=noprobe"

I don't know whether it's relevant, but when I've needed to put
multiple entries in the append line, I've always separated them with
spaces, not commas...

Best wishes from Riley.

There is something frustrating about the quality and speed of Linux
development, ie., the quality is too high and the speed is too high,
in other words, I can implement this XXXX feature, but I bet someone
else has already done so and is just about to release their patch.
