    SubjectPROBLEM: Kernel panic in 2.2.8
I followed the form in REPORTING-BUGS. Have luck!

    1. Kernel panic after several days running Linux 2.2.8

    2. The console contained this message:
    [<c0107f23>] [<c0107f28>] [<c01b13a8>] [<c01b21ed>] [<c010cd86>]
    [<c01b21ed>]
    .
    . many times
    .
    and then:
    Code: 89 01 8b 0a 85 c9 74 08 8b 42 04 89 41 04 eb 06 8b 42 04 89
    Aiee, killing interrupt handler
Kernel panic: Attempted to kill the idle task
In interrupt handler - not syncing

That's it. All I can say about is, that it's not for the first time. It
happened once in past. I came to my keyboard after night and I saw that
panic. It's is completely unrepeatable, because in that time nobody worked
(I guess) with computer. Surely nobody was at the console.

    3. kernel, panic, aiee, interrupt handler, idle task
