You should be told at bootup (dmesg |less), and you should see both CPU's
listed in /proc/cpu (cat /proc/cpu). If you do have a second cpu and you
don't see it in those places then your kernel dosn't have SMP support,
in which case you will need to recompile with SMP enabled.
