The current one is fsync-2.2.8-v5.diff, also at

ftp://ftp.uk.linux.org/pub/linux/sct/fs/misc

It should be complete, but apparently there is a problem in umount due
to the order in which we deconstruct the buffer and inode information.
I'll post an update later.
