I think that checking the size of the copy-user before release the lock
should fix the 131 testcase.

PS. Comparing 2.2.9 and 2.3.3_andrea4 is not fair though since there are
too much unrelated changes. I think I'll send you a patch to try out the
unlocking code alone.
