Hi Alan,
In the course of the implementation of the NFSv3 rsize code, I found out that you've moved the function 'add_to_page_cache' from mm/filemap.c and made it an inline function in include/linux/pagemap.h. In the new implementation, you seem to have removed the code that sets the 'PG_referenced' bit. Was this deliberate? If so, what is the advantage?
