SubjectProcesses ind D-state again !!!!!
Hi

I just upgraded my 4-Way Xeon Machine from 2.2.2 to 2.2.2-ac7 because of
the D-state stuff seen in 2.2.2.

when i run massiv disk io for example ftp-ing 1gig thrugth 100Mbit or importing
big oracle datasets the maschine feels where busy because the response
on opening file with vi or just type ls is very slow. But vmstat says im anly
doing
700 k of disk io ???
nothing seen in syslog

Im not sure what to do now ??

Did i missed a patch fom andrea ???
