SubjectRe: 2.2.4 breaks my IDE cdrom ?
I did note something else, when ever I try to mount my cdrom I see
this in my messages file:

Mar 28 22:30:17 dogbert modprobe: can't locate module block-major-3

which would correlate to my /dev/hda, but IDE Cdrom is not compiled
as a module. My fstab has /dev/hda, not /dev/cdrom as the
entry.
