I get the same thing (i386, SMP). It looks to me like the struct sk_filter definition was omitted from the patch (although the inline function sk_filter does exist...) I searched for a def'n for struct sk_filter and for the member insns it seems to have under include/*/*.h and net/*/*.[ch] and don't see it defined anywhere, in particular not in filter.c or any of the .h files it includes.
It's not clear how to me how to fix this either, so I just said no to socket filtering for now.
