SubjectRe: rmdir of a busy directory
I don't think the problem is with the rmdir; what's confusing (and what
the original post was about) is that after you've rmdired the cwd of some
shell, that shell can do "ls" and see an apparently empty dir. That used
to say ". not found" or some such.
