This patch allows to boot 2.3.35pre3 without the diskette into the MO drive
hooked to GDT-6117RP (insmod segfaulted without this patch applied). But the
kernel still oopses killing whole scsi subsystem when trying to cat
/dev/scsi/gdth/0. Unfortunately I can't plug the RAID disk from GDT RAID
controller into another controller without reformatting. Sure, I'll not to
reformat my 18 Gbyte IBM DGVS where all the development lives just to try to
boot this kernel on another adapter. And I don't think it'll help anyway...

I attach the ksymoops output on the oops sequence and the oopses itself. I
do really hope that someone will fix this bug.
