Alas, no, not very well; I've been waiting and watching the buglets roll in on e820 so I can fix it up, and Nathan Zook has been doing some work of his own that I hope can be mashed together into Memzilla, coming to save the day.
The e820 command line is an extension to the existing mem= initial command line:
mem=foo[KM] (set memory size to foo; actually a memory segment starting at 0) mem=foo[KM]@bar[KM] (define a memory segment sized foo starting at bar) mem=foo[KM]@bar[KM],zip[KM]@zoo[KM] (2 segments; foo@bar, zip@zoo)
