OK, I'll bump it up in the queue.

Toss in the need to accurately separate PAGE_SIZE vs. PAGE_CACHE_SIZE all
over the place. And quite possibly make the latter (PAGE_CACHE_SHIFT,
actually) an address_space field - it would help with FAT and NTFS.
