Subject2.3.32 smp spinlock BUG

kernel BUG at /usr/src/2.3.32-smp/include/asm/spinlock.h:92!

Only patch is using tulip v0.91u instead of the kernel tulip driver.
It works fine on 2.3.31-smp. ABIT BP6 dual Celeron, no overclocking.

ksymoops 2.3.3 on i686 2.3.32-smp. Options used
