SubjectIntel EEPRO 10/100 problems on 2.2.13

Hi ,

i have a problem getting linux to see what appears to be an onboard
Intel EtherExpress Pro 10/100 on a Digital Prioris XL 6200 server,
(PentiumPRO 200),

It appears to see the card but apparently it doesnt assign an IRQ.

The kernel i used is vanilla 2.2.13, the driver is not
compiled as a module.

I tried getting a "testing" driver from
ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/testing

but the result are worse ( the kernel hangs on boot)

what can i do ?
(apart from getting another card =)

enrico

this is what it gives me at boot :
