Yes, it does seems to have a lot of changes in the proc fs. I cannot build
Netfilter 0.1.11 with 2.3.25 kernel, 2.3.24 is okay. The changes seems to
break quite a few things. I wonder why there is a sudden change to move from
structures to function calls in proc_misc.c
