SubjectRe: Linux RedHat 6.x bug: IPv4/UDP bind() allocates same port number by default
   Date: Fri, 12 Nov 1999 20:08:22 +0100
From: Nicolas DE METZ-NOBLAT <nmn@pspc7811.cern.ch>

Urgency: HIGH because may affect portability and interoperbility
of applications using UDP protocol.

Don't be silly, UDP is stateless. Any server which gets confused
by this needs to be fixed and should not let some kernel workaround
be their bandaid.
