I've got one :) A Jaton 4D-Wave DX card. Cost me $15, and they have released the specs, and are active with the ALSA developers too.
The NX chips are mor like the SB-Live I think, but the DX is OK for me.
MIDI is supposed to work now, but I haven't tried yet.
