ip_masq.c: In function `ip_fw_demasquerade':
ip_masq.c:1932: `IP_MASQ_F_DLOOSE' undeclared (first use this function)

I'm guessing that IP_MASQ_F_DLOOSE should be defined in ip_masq.h or
somewhere. Any guesses on what it should be defined as?
