FWIW, I haven't run into this problem. I'm using an 9808 snapshot of tvset
and the 2.2.0-final bttv module. I let kmod handle the loading of the
module rather than insmoding it (not that it should make a difference).
This is with a dual P166 on a Tyan Tomcat III and a SMP kernel.
