In fs/qnx4/inode.c:

qnx4_put_inode is only included #ifdef QNX4FS_RW, but it's referenced in 
qnx4_sops regardless.

We have other problems with the filesystem, but I'll look into them further 
before I report them. I'll try to make it show up on a floppy, rather than a 
600Mb HD partition - it's much easier to trade disk images then.
