Linux has been doing okay. I can't see how this makes us anywhere near as bad off as we were when there were less then 100,000 linux users.
Perhaps if another freesoftware Unix (ala *bsd) supported it it would be alot more bad.

I'm sure that windows NT will support it too.. MS is having a hard time getting NT drivers.
